Custom Iron Inc. (Custom Iron) carefully inspects and packs our spiral stairs, stair railing parts and other products (Products) at the factory before shipping. This warranty does not cover defects in installed Product when those defects were evident when the Product was unpacked - see "Damage or Shortage" instructions for information regarding this type of claim.
Custom Iron guarantees the material and workmanship of our Products for five (5) years from the date of shipment if the Product has been installed properly and according to the Custom Iron Product Installation and Use Conditions*. Custom Iron will replace or repair, at our discretion, any damaged or defective part during this period at no cost to the customer.
In no event shall Custom Iron's total liability for any or all breaches of warranty exceed the actual amount invoiced to our Customer.
The warranty specified herein is in lieu of any and all other warranties expressed or implied.
* Custom Iron Product Installation and Use Conditions contain detailed product information to help you with the installation, care, and maintenance of your Custom Iron product. By adhering to the directions listed in the Product Installation and Use Conditions, you prolong the life of your Custom Iron Product and you assure warranty coverage of the Product. A copy of Custom Iron Product Installation and Use Conditions is shipped with every order. You can request a copy before you order by contacting Customer Service.
